Jan Bidwell, MSW, LCSW, is a Social Worker, political activist, psychotherapist, a mindfulness and meditation teacher, a small business owner, and seasoned spearhead of charitable foundations. Jan has helped people work on their outer lives and their inner environments for decades. She is a regular meditator and knows the ins and outs of being able to focus and be mindful.
Jan customizes her approach with each person and group with whom she works. Being mindful in the present moment empowers one to clarify what is needed to reduce stress, as well as increase well-being and productivity.
