One of the challenges of meditating is doing it consistently. Private sessions help clients address any questions that arise, as well as assisting them meditate more deeply using advanced methods when desired.
Jan will guide the clients into meditation using progressive relaxation, and focal point awareness.
Private meditation sessions are offered to clients in their homes, offices, Jan’s office, on Skype, or Google Hangouts. The structure and length of the sessions will be developed around the needs of the client.
Clients can choose one session or a package.
Select packages include an individualized studio recording Jan will produce. This recording will be for the private client alone, addressing them and their specific meditation needs personally.
